Sneads Ferry is an unincorporated community in Onslow County. Waterfront, water view, and water access describe different things and should be verified individually.

## Three checks before you commit.

1. Verify any dock permit, shared access agreement, navigable water depth, and maintenance responsibility.
2. Check flood mapping and obtain insurance quotes even when a property is not directly on the water.
3. Confirm well, septic, sewer, and recorded easements before planning changes to the property.
